ABOUT ME: Strength in body and mind!
Hey! I’m Stephanie, the founder of Raise The Barre and The Dance Edge. My love for health and fitness started when I was young. My original call to movement was through dance class. My career in dance took me down many professional avenues, sparking my love for dance education.

Through my professional career I was introduced to Pilates and everything changed from there! I fell in love with the practice, it gave a real sense of togetherness to my body. I was however missing the music and the large range of movement and motion I was used to feeling in my dance practice. This sparked a new passion in barre fitness. I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a profession, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle with a more functional body.

Every body is unique and everybody is unique. Each participant with their own goals and lifestyle. I firmly believe that your practice is meant to amplify the body you are in and provide you with a more functional body that can support your daily life!

CLASS OFFERINGS:

Mixed Barre: Live or On Demand Class (45 Minutes). 
In this classic barre class you will put your strength to the test while building longer, leaner, and stronger muscles. You will target your arms, abs, and glutes. Developed to specifically target these three muscles groups while continuing to tone and strengthen the body as a whole. You will definitely be feeling the burn with this class… go with it, you will be glad you did!

30 Minute Barre Burn & 15 Minute Quick Hit Classes: On Demand Classes.
These short and sweet classes can be found in our on demand library. Designed to target important body areas while keeping things straight to the point. Classes will have a body area focus; abs, glutes, cardio.

Mama Barre: Live Class (45 Minutes).
For the pre-natal and post-natal mama! This class is developed to safely help create a supportive and strong body for the new mama or mama to be. The best part about this class is that your baby is welcome by your side to watch you work up a sweat! Targeting only the areas of the body that are ready to be exercised, this class is designed to be high energy with no impact exercises. Combining barre work, resistance bands, and light weights to elongate and sculpt the muscles of your body to help you feel your best!

Private 1-1 Sessions: Live Class (30 Minutes).
Need a little extra TLC? No problem, we got you barre babe! Private classes available to really get the most out of your class. Created specifically for you to target your desired areas and meet your personal goals.

MAMA BARRE: Please note due to the current circumstances related to COVID-19, we are only offering this program through private sessions in a live class format. It is very important that during the sensitive time for your body that all exercises be completed properly and safely. The individual attention of your instructor is needed to ensure that you are completing the class safely from your home. Thank you for your understanding.
